Arise Operations and Projects (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned South African company operating in the local property and student services sector. Our work brings together student accommodation, contracted transport, and cleaning and maintenance of our properties.
We facilitate student housing affiliated with Tshwane University of Technology and TVET colleges, accommodating more than 2,500 students. We support both self-funded and NSFAS/bursary-funded students through placement, lease administration and the day-to-day experience of residence life.

Who can enquire about accommodation?
We support self-funded students and students funded by NSFAS or bursaries. Tell us your institution and funding type so the team can advise on suitable options and requirements.
How do I confirm availability and pricing?
Contact Arise directly for current room availability, rates, lease terms and any applicable costs. An enquiry through this page is not a confirmed reservation or placement.
Is NSFAS-accredited accommodation available?
Arise facilitates accredited student housing. Please confirm the accreditation of your selected property, your institution’s requirements and your funding status with the team before signing a lease.
Is transport available to my campus?
Arise coordinates contracted minibus and bus transport from city residences to academic campuses. Routes, schedules, eligibility and any costs need to be confirmed for your specific residence and institution.
Can institutions and property owners partner with Arise?
Yes. Select “Institutional or property partnership” in the enquiry form and describe your student placement, property management or operational needs. The team will discuss an appropriate scope with you.
How do existing residents request assistance?
